Experiences

Idrija Geopark is located at the junction of the Alpine and Dinaric regions. About a quarter of this area is represented by high plateaus and in the east, the karstified Rovte Hills with many plateaus named after larger settlements (Ledine Plateau, Vrsnik Plateau, Dole Plateau, and Zavratec Plateau).
