Article 11 of the Decree on the Proclamation of Upper Idrija Landscape Park (Official Gazette of RS, No. 11/93, 37/95, 36/2014, 52/2016, 62/2018) states:

• A fine of 1,000 EUR is imposed on a legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or individual providing services on independent basis if they contravene Article 4, Paragraph 1 and 2 of the Decree;
• A fine of 300 EUR is imposed on the responsible person of a legal entity committing an offence stipulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Decree;
• A fine of 200 EUR is imposed on a natural person committing an offence stipulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Decree.
